These Terms of Service explain how you may use GameTopUp and our digital gaming top-up services.

1. Acceptance

By accessing or using GameTopUp, you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy and any posted rules. If you do not agree, please do not use the site or place orders.

2. Who can use the service

  • You must meet the minimum legal age in your country to use our services (commonly 13–18, and often 18+ for purchases).
  • If you are under the legal age, use is allowed only with parent or guardian permission.
  • You must not be barred from using our services under applicable law.

3. Accounts & security

  • Some features require an account. Keep your credentials safe and do not share them.
  • You are responsible for activity under your account unless we determine otherwise.
  • If you suspect unauthorized use, notify us immediately at support@yourdomain.com.

4. Service use rules

Our service is intended to provide legal in-game top-ups (for example BGMI UC, Free Fire Diamonds). You must not use our service to break game publisher rules or any law.

  • No hacks, cheats, exploits, or other illegal methods are allowed.
  • Do not scrape, copy or republish our content without permission.

5. Orders & payments

  • Prices shown on the site are in the displayed currency and may change. You pay the price at checkout.
  • You must provide correct game IDs and contact details when placing an order.
  • We process payments through trusted third-party gateways and do not store full card/CVV on our servers.
  • We may cancel or hold orders if a payment is flagged or suspected to be fraudulent.

6. Delivery of digital goods

  • Deliveries are typically instant or within a short window (commonly 1–30 minutes) after payment verification.
  • Delays may occur due to game server issues, maintenance, or payment verification requirements.
  • You are responsible for entering correct game IDs. Wrong IDs can cause irreversible delivery to another account.
  • Once delivered and consumed by the game, digital goods are considered delivered and usually non-refundable.

7. Refunds & chargebacks

Because top-ups are digital, refunds are limited. If a valid delivery failure occurs we will reprocess or refund as appropriate.

  • If payment succeeded but delivery failed, contact support with Order ID and proof.
  • Refund timing depends on payment provider and can take several business days.
  • Chargebacks or fraudulent disputes may lead to account suspension while investigated.

8. Prohibited activities

Do not use our site for:

  • Illegal acts or any activity that breaks game publishers' terms.
  • Fraud, stolen payment methods, or attempting to bypass security controls.
  • Hacking, DDoS, injection attacks or automated scraping without permission.
  • Harassment, spam, or misuse of support channels.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent allowed by law, GameTopUp and its affiliates are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including lost profits or data loss.

Our total liability for any claim related to a single order will generally be limited to the amount paid for that order.

10. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold GameTopUp harmless from claims, losses, damages and expenses arising from your breach of these Terms or from illegal or negligent use of the service.

11. Termination

  • We may suspend or terminate accounts for rule violations or suspected abuse.
  • You may close your account, but certain records may be retained for legal or tax reasons.
  • Clauses that by their nature survive termination (liability, indemnity, dispute resolution) will remain effective.

If you are in the EU/UK or other jurisdictions with data protection rights, we will follow applicable legal requirements for requests.

13. Force majeure

We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control (e.g., network outages, natural disasters, third-party service failures, or government actions). In such events we will try to resume service as soon as practical.

14. Governing law & disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to the country where our business is registered. For most users this will be India unless your contract states otherwise. Contact support for clarification.

We encourage friendly dispute resolution via support first. If unresolved, disputes may be handled in the courts or by arbitration as permitted by local law.

15. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last Updated" date at the top shows when this page was last revised. We will post material changes and may notify you by email if required.

Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
