Because our service delivers digital in-game top-ups, our refund and cancellation rules are specific. Please read carefully.

1. Digital goods — short

We sell digital in-game items (e.g., BGMI UC, Free Fire Diamonds). Once delivered and consumed by the game, these items are generally non-reversible.

Because of this nature, refund rules differ from physical goods. We handle each case fairly and promptly.

2. Cancellation before payment

If you create an order but do not complete payment, the order will remain unpaid and no top-up will start.

  • No payment means no charge and no top-up — no refund required.
  • You may place a new order anytime with corrected details.

3. Payment successful but top-up pending

If your payment succeeded but the top-up has not yet been delivered, we will try to complete delivery promptly.

  • Typical delivery window is 1–30 minutes after payment verification.
  • Delays can occur due to game servers, maintenance, or verification checks.
  • If delivery cannot be completed in a reasonable time, we will either retry the top-up or issue a full refund per payment provider rules.

4. Top-up completed (coins delivered)

Once the top-up is successfully credited to the game account and the game marks the items as delivered/consumed, it is usually considered final.

  • Delivered digital goods are generally non-refundable.
  • Gameplay issues, bans, or publisher policies are handled by the game publisher, not by us.

5. Wrong UID / Player ID entered

It is your responsibility to provide the correct game UID / Player ID at checkout.

  • If the top-up has not yet been processed we may try to modify or cancel the order on request.
  • If the top-up has already been credited to another account due to a wrong ID, refunds are generally not possible.
  • Always double-check IDs before submitting the order to avoid irreversible mistakes.

6. Failed / pending payments

If your bank deducted funds but our system did not register the payment, follow these steps.

  • Banks or payment gateways usually auto-reverse in 24–72 hours for failed transactions.
  • If auto-reversal does not occur, contact support with transaction evidence so we can assist with manual reconciliation.
  • We may require a screenshot, transaction ID and timestamp to investigate.

7. Chargebacks & payment disputes

Raising a dispute with your bank or payment provider without contacting us first can lead to account actions.

  • We may temporarily suspend your account while investigating chargebacks or suspected fraud.
  • If a dispute is found to be invalid or fraudulent, we reserve the right to block future service.
  • Please contact support first so issues can often be resolved without formal disputes.

8. Refund timeline

If a refund is approved, the time to reflect in your account depends on the payment provider.

  • Refunds usually take 3–7 business days, sometimes longer depending on banks or UPI apps.
  • We have limited control over bank processing times; please check with your bank for specific ETA.

9. Special offers & coupons

Promotional discounts, coupons and cashback offers are generally non-refundable unless stated otherwise.

  • Offer terms (expiry, minimum order, regions) will be shown with the promotion.
  • If an offer causes an error in pricing, we may cancel or correct the order and offer a refund if appropriate.
